Liz + David

So at first, Liz and David were going to do their engagement photos at Ononadaga Lake Park. When I talked to Liz to finalize the details she said the magic words..."I am trying to see if the sunflower maze is open that late on Sunday..." I was like Sunflower maze?! Who knew there was a sunflower maze about 10 minutes from where I grew up? So I was keeping my fingers crossed that indeed the sunflower maze at the Inn Between in Camillus would be open on a Sunday afternoon. I'm pretty sure you can tell from the following photos that it was. They brought their adorable pugs, Rocko and Zues, along for a few shots, and then we navigated the maze for a bit. Don't worry, we didn't get lost! We did, however, at one point realize we were following someone down what turned out to not be a trail, but I suppose that happens sometimes! As the sky began to darken, I just knew we were going to have a beautiful sunset; I could feel it! But, the sunflower maze closed at eight, and we had to leave. My hopes were about to be dashed, but I asked David and Liz if they'd be willing to bear with me and make this happen! So I said, you pull out ahead of me, I'll follow you, and if you see a field, pull over at the side of the road. They were game, and it was SO worth it!
