Open Mic Night at the Senator

The Senator Theater has been hosting an Open Mic Night on Tuesday (and now also Wednesday) evenings. Although Felix has been playing her cello for only a couple of months, she has been practicing playing along with some of her father's songs, and she felt ready to perform in public. While we were waiting, we of course had to take some fashion shots. I don't know where she got her sense of style, but it certainly wasn't from me! That's probably why I'm always taking the pictures, and I'm never in them!

Was the cellist nervous about her first public performance? A little, but you'd never know from that smile!

She's a natural performer. Not only did she keep up with dad, she also sang along.
