Kyle + Jessica

Kyle and Jessica exchanged their vows on a crisp September day. Before the ceremony, I met up with Jessica and the girls, fresh from the Cottage Day Spa where they had gotten their hair and make-up done. All that was left to do was to get dressed and head to the church! The ceremony took place at the St. James Episcopal Church in Oneonta. The church itself was quite lovely, with soft light streaming through  the stained glass windows; a dreamy, beautiful setting to say their vows. After some shots at the church, we headed back to the Oneonta Country Club for some more photos on the grounds. What a beautiful view we had! Jessica and Kyle were easy to work with; naturals in front of the camera! I've been so lucky this year; all of my weddings have been so much fun. Each one seems more energetic and lively that the last! I can't begin to tell you how much fun I've had at every single reception this year, and Jessica and Kyle were no exception. There was no shortage of dancing and goofing around on the dance floor. The food was excellent, the music was blasting, and guests were having the time of their lives. Thank you for letting me be part of your day, Jessica and Kyle!
Some fun points to mention:
~During the formals, we had a veil that didn't want to cooperate. No matter which way I posed Jessica and Kyle, the wind wanted to blow in the opposite direction! Somehow we made it work!
~Kyle is quite the dancer; it was really great to see a groom bustin' some moves on the dance floor with such abandon!
~I had some excellent help throughout the day, first from the awesome best man, Jay, who not only drove me in the golf cart to the covered bridge, but helped with some of the veil shots. And also, a guest whose name I don't recall getting who helped me with about 10 tries to get the sparkler shot at the end of night!
~Jessica and Kyle had probably the longest "Locomotion" train I've ever seen at a wedding; I think about every guest present was in it!

Off to the Church!

And back at the Country Club!

This was probably the longest Locomotion train I've ever seen at a wedding!
