Andrew + Rachel

Andrew and Rachel were married by the lake at the White Eagle Lodge in Hamilton. I had so much fun working with Rachel; the entire group had me laughing the whole time, but Rachel most of all. She was so full of energy that never waned throughout the day and just had a huge smile on her face all the time. When she and her bridesmaids started jumping on the bed, I just about died! The groomsmen were just as funny, especially the best man, who pretended to drop the ring in the water during the ceremony.
During the wedding party photos, we found ourselves with plenty of time, but quickly running out of light. We had to get creative, but I think the images came out quite striking despite the fact that night fell so quickly! Rachel and Andrew were fantastic and rolled with the punches, working with what light we had and braving the chilly Fall air.
One thing that stood out to me that day was how much fun we had during the family photos. Family photos are usually fun, but I can honestly say that I've never seen so much laughter during them! The whole group was amazing; the reception was full of love and laughter and the energy was infectious. Kristin and I had a fantastic time working with you, and we wish you many years of love and happiness!
