Thomas + Jackie

Thomas and Jackie were married at the Silo on a cool October day. I arrived  while everyone was getting ready, which gave me plenty of time to hang out with Jackie and the girls before the ceremony and take lots and lots of pictures! While they joked around with each other and got ready for the big moment, I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere that continued throughout the day. The ceremony was on the grounds of the Silo in Greene with a beautiful view of the hills in the background. Pumpkins and mums decorated the grounds for a festive Fall atmosphere. It was cloudy during the ceremony, but the sun came out and warmed us up for photos afterwards. Celebrations with DeRue kept the party going all night with his exuberant personality (and many costume changes); definitely one of the most entertaining DJs I've ever worked with! The night was full of dancing and guests took photos with the fun photobooth props that Thomas and Jackie provided. Karla and I had a blast working with everyone, and I wish many years of love and happiness to you both. Congratulations, Jackie and Thomas!

Some of my favorite moments:

• Pictures of Thomas holding a kitten on his wedding day made my day.
• Jackie's nephew got her the sweetest gift: a bracelet engraved with "I love you more than nutella."
• Jackie had the coolest vintage garter. And when I say vintage, I actually mean it; her great-                grandmother, grandmother, and mother all wore it on their wedding day.
• When Jackie's sister sat on her while she was getting her hair done. Yes, the picture is in this blog post!

Jackie gave her bridesmaids and mother gift bags full of thoughtful, touching, and funny gifts.

In addition to the "I love you more than nutella" bracelet from her nephew, Jackie also wore an Alex and Ani wing bracelet, and her sister has the other wing  bracelet.
