Patrick + Rochella

Patrick and Rochella's wedding had it all. A beautiful farm setting, animals, fun and games, and even a trebuchet named Boris. I met up with Rochella at the Courtyard Marriott in Armory Square where the girls were getting ready for the big moment. Rochella's smile was so full of joy and excitement, it was impossible not to get swept up in the happiness of the day. In fact, the whole day was an emotional rollercoaster for everybody. During the first look, Patrick had tears in eyes before he saw his beautiful bride. And even I lost it when Rochella danced with her mother to "Wind Beneath My Wings." We even had a blast during the formals with me laughing just as hard as everyone else, especially when Patrick tried and failed to make a serious face during one of the photos. After the lovely ceremony at Our Farm in Manlius, guests played games and mingled with farm animals during cocktail hour. After dinner, a couple of watermelons were launched from Boris, to the delight of all in attendance. And when all was said and done, there was dancing, dancing, and more dancing. Later in the evening, I swear everyone who hadn't left was on the dancefloor. I had so much fun working with you both; congratulations, Patrick and Rochella!

Rochella's "something old" were her grandmother's diamond earrings.
